Our kitchen offers a tavern of Finnish food using seasonal ingredients. Domestic beers are also visible in the wide selection of Finnish micro brewery beers.
Comfortable and stylish Ukkometso welcomes you at the evening to enjoy a breath of old time spirit.
In addition to the tavern and bar you can enjoy the upstairs.
Upstairs and separate cabinet at street level can be reserved of private receptions or meetings. Our summer terrace operates in the park next to the restaurant. You can also dine on our terrace.
The finnish name ”Ukkometso” means Wood grouse cock ”Capercaillie”.

Craft Beers & Drinks
Restaurant Ukkometso offers a great selection of Finnish micro brewed beers. Appreciation of domestic beers and craft are behind the selections.
We always carry 10 draft beers with at least eight domestic products. Our selection is updated seasonally and we use beer in many of our dishes. Whether you choose to enjoy your beer with an appetizer, thoughout the menu or as is, we will always bet it with warm service.
Depending on availability our taps flow with feats from several micro brewers. Our bottled beer selection is updated continually and wine lovers will be pleased.
